Our Mr. Kessel has served for the past two years as an active board member of the Buncombe County Planning Board, where he has provided his technical expertise to help develop local ordinances that promote responsible development while preserving the natural and scenic beauty of the area. He is also a member of the Council of Independent Business Owners (CIBO).
